Harvested almost every day, whole salmon are packed fresh into polystyrene boxes filled with ice and shipped same day, directly to wholesalers and fish markets in all capital cities for further distribution. Head on and gutted, the salmon is ready to further processing, presentation or cooking. We also export our salmon to our major overseas markets such as Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong.

Raw Salmon fillets and portions - Portions and Cutlets are available vacuum packed or bulk packed - Pin boned and trimmed. Skin on or skin off.
